Want to cancel a reservation? OK but you must tell us by 3pm one day before (24 hours) you were booked to arrive unless we specify otherwise when you're booking. If you cancel your reservation after 3pm, one day before arrival, we'll charge you 1 night's room and taxes. Peak periods may have additional cancellation restrictions but we'll tell you about those when you book with us.
You don't need to give us a deposit to make a reservation. But we do need a credit card, when you book, to guarantee your room. Special event periods may require an actual deposit but we'll tell you if they do when you book.
Check-in time is 3pm. Check-out time is 12pm. Ask us if you want to Check-in early. We'll try our best but can't guarantee it. The same goes for Checking-out late. We'll try but can't guarantee it.
We don't allow pets unless you arrange it with the hotel's General Manager, first. We generally like to avoid animals that eat our rooms and/or dump on the carpet. But that's just us.
Yes, we can store your luggage. No, there's no charge. Just contact the Front Desk or Bellman.
Each Conscious hotel sells its own Gift Certificates. Perfect for a short break, for a birthday, for an anniversary or if you just want to get rid of someone. Just ask. For Prepaid bookings, we need you to complete and fax a Credit Card Authorization Form to the hotel. You can get this form by calling the hotel directly.
